Introduction of Jingxing

 
 
  IPPR Engineering International Corp. established in 1993, one of the first group who get grade A supervision qualification approved by Construction Ministry of China. Under the leadership and support of China IPPR International Engineering Corporation , and by increasing the input of registered capital, it has obtained 6 grade A supervision qualifications including that of housing construction project, M&E installation project, civil project, communication project, power engineering project, agriculture and forestry projects etc.; and also the qualification of foreign contract project, the independent qualification of foreign business and trade, becoming a large-size state-owned management enterprise which combines the business of project supervision, project management, tender agency, cost consult, project operation, foreign trade together.
  Since the foundation 15 years ago, IPPR Engineering International has undertaken and completed nearly 400 large and medium-sized projects. The built-up area of projects reach 9 Million square meter, and total cost of project is nearly 35 billions Yuan. The contract amount add up to nearly 0.4 billions Yuan, which have achieved excellent economic and social benefits. JingXing(Chinese name of IPPR Engineering International for short) has already become the domestic famous management (supervision) trademark in the multi-fields of public constructional project, residential (apartment) project, school and sports building project, medical architectural and facility project, industrial and energy project, air harbor project, civil project, decoration and repair project etc. Over 80 projects achieved National Luban Award and National Perfect Project Silver Award, Prefect Project Award of Beijing, Project and Structure Great Wall Cup Award etc. Meanwhile, it was awarded the Advanced Safety Supervision Management Award and the Trustable Quality Services Award in Beijing.
  IPPR Engineering International passed the ISO9000 Quality Management System Authentication in Dec.1996, passed the turning edition of GB/T 19001-2000 authentication in July 2001, passed the authentication of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. The enterprise adopt the management policy of Scientific Management, Health and Safety, Pollution Prevention, Continuous Improvement. Besides, the software of Jianlitong, Jianlitong-management version of Office Automation System, new generation of Management Information System (MIS) which are all developed by itself, and also the IPPR Resources Management Platforms etc., have provided services of high quality and efficiency for the owners, and got praise reputation extensively in the profession.
  IPPR Engineering International possesses about 240 staff of project management and technological work, including 50 senior engineers (containing 6 researcher level senior engineers and senior engineers who enjoying national expert subsidy), 100 engineers, and 9 Doctors and Masters of Construction Management, 9 Masters of Project Management, and 161 national registered engineers.
  During the last 15 years, the enterprise has formed strong advantage in the aspects such as management, human resource and equipment resource, and has accumulated abounding experience of project construction, management and supervision.
